Rules and Regulations
All students are recommended to respect the rules and regulations of REBIK ACADEMY. Because its for the good of the students and the ACADEMY as well. The student’s and teachers are recommended to maintain safety, care for the equipments, because these are essential qualities for all jewellers. In order to share studio spaces harmoniously, it is essential to respect certain rules of conduct and safety protocols.
It is important to respect all safety regulations provided by faculty when handling equipment, tools, and materials. At the bench, be sure to adopt an adequate body posture. In addition to the rules specified by each teacher, certain behaviours should be observed by everyone at all times:
• Wearing an apron or lab coat is mandatory and your course instructor nor anyone will be responsible for damage to clothing.
• Safety goggles must be worn at all times in the studio.
• Loose clothing, long untied hair, open footwear (sandals), and high heels are not tolerated under any circumstances. Synthetic clothing is not recommended in the studio.
• Certain equipment or materials, such as polishing lathes, machine room equipment, and chemicals, may not be used without instruction and approval from your teacher and/or assistant.
• Toolboxes must not obstruct circulation in the studio.
• It is strongly recommended to only keep the tools you need on your work surface and to keep it free of any object or paper that is not related to the work you are doing.
• Shared tools must remain functional and clean.
• Coats, jackets, bags, and other personal items must be left in the lockers or on coat racks. Clothing must not be placed on chairs or work surfaces.
• Radios, MP3 players, and cell phones are not permitted during courses, in open studios, or in the hallways.
• Food must be enjoyed in the cafeteria. Drinks are allowed in the studios but must always be kept in lidded containers (please bring your own).
RESPECT
All teachers and administrative staff are supposed to respect each other. Address each other as “Sir” or “Madam”
All students, should respect their trainers and and administrative staff. When the respect is given is given to them, they make every effort to ensure that you study in a convenient atmosphere.
DISCIPLINE
All teachers and staff are supposed to be very discipline so that they can be a good example to their students.
Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline and any form of indiscipline warrants a sanction from the administrator and third warning warrants the student expelled from the academy without any refund of registration.
REFUND POLICY
Ones a student registers and starts a class. Registration cannot be refunded. But if for some reasons a student wish to withdraw from a course, clear explanations should be made and 80% of the registered amount can be refunded. Atleast two weeks to the start date of the course.

We don’t receive Mobile Money Payments. All registrations are done in the company’s bank account. And the registered students receives an invoice after this.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.
